Bettina has been practicing yoga for over 13 years and has both 200 hour and 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification. She specializes in Yoga, Meditation and Anti-Stress programs, having studied under Satya Narayan Goenka in Malaysia, Nepal and Singapore.

Suthaninhas 17 years experience teaching yoga. He specializes in Yoga Therapy, Thai Traditional Medicine, Chinese Acupuncture, Qi Gong, Chakra Healing, Pranayama and Thai Massage. He is also an author of a best selling book and columnist for Yoga Journal Thailand.
